Participation (by invitation)
Invitations will be released on TBD . Activation of participation is envisioned by acceptance of the terms of a Memorandum of Agreement and payment of a deposit equal to [pct] of estimated annual contribution. The goal for initial fundraising is TBD. Each member's annual contribution is [fixed amount] and and based on group characteristics. The actual annual fee will be set by mutual consent of the participants.

Initial invitees: SCSBIT, FSBIT, NCSBIT, GSBA RMF, MABE, NJSIG, NYSIR, VSBIT. (others recommended by these pools.)
Schools and Local Governments
Tennessee, Virginia, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire.
Initial invitees: CIRMA, MIIA, PRIMEX, RIIT...[VA has two pools]
Research concerning school pools in West Virginia and Delaware is continuing.
